Linda Davies gave a session for the LEAP Programme at Pembroke College, Cambridge, she covered an enormous area in a remarkably short-time and included a number of practical tips that were immediately actionable. As I left the session I overheard two participants arranging to meet and research their investment strategies the next day – surely a ringing endorsement of the workshop if ever there was one!
Dr Kate Parsley, Bye-Fellow and Director of the LEAP Programme
Linda delivered a session with our finalists on understanding finance as they move onto the next stage of their careers. It was carefully thought through, informative and pitched perfectly. The student responses were overwhelmingly positive. And it wasn’t just the students. We all learnt something. She understands the topic and knows how to communicate. I cannot recommend her enough.

Many thanks again for coming and sharing your insights on Tuesday. In the feedback I have received, it was regarded as a highlight of the day. I personally found it useful too!

Thank you very much for yesterday’s presentation – it was hugely informative and has motivated me to get on top of my personal finances and (hopefully) approach money with a healthier mindset.

“I can’t tell you how much help Linda has been to me this past term. She was the first person outside of family to read my writing and has been so encouraging, honest, and constructive. She took the time to read often-lengthy segments of my work, always with sharp and thorough comments, and every thought she had on it made me a stronger writer. She also gave me vital advice regarding agents and the publishing world, which came at the perfect and most critical time for me. Linda has been a true mentor to me this term and I know I will be in touch with her for many years to come. I am so incredibly grateful to the college for supporting her time here, which in doing so has encouraged my most treasured hope to one day be a writer like her. St Edmund Hall is hugely thankful for all the insight, enthusiasm and support Linda provided as its 2018 Writer-in-Residence.”

Thank you for delivering such an inspirational talk at Emmanuel’s Finalists’ Day last week. Your session gave me the most significant takeaways (in both number and importance) and I hope that future generations of Emmanuel Finalists will also hear you speak.

“Thank you so much for giving a talk today at Emmanuel College, it was very interesting to listen to, and has definitely kicked me into gear to stop letting my savings just sit in a bank account doing nothing!”
Alice Good, Undergraduate, Cambridge University
Linda’s talk on Money Management was incredibly helpful. Personally, I learnt a lot about the gender pay gap (which is probably better suited to be named the confidence pay gap!) and how I can use my voice to negotiate for salary increases, and for pension contributions (which I had never before considered). The talk was broad and touched on many different things, including the psychology of money and saving as a student. Linda was direct, engaging and welcoming. Thank you!

As someone who grew up shielded from financial matters by my parents, I didn’t really know how to manage my money except “oh that’s a bit expensive, maybe not”. Linda’s presentation gave some very concrete tips about how to go about my financial life and also some ways in which I could control unnecessary spending. Also, I didn’t grow up in the UK, so there were many things about managing money in the UK which I just wasn’t aware of, and I was also afraid of being scammed. Linda really shed light on some of those things, which definitely helped me a lot.

Linda expertly helps to demystify the language of money for young adults. She clearly explains how to use money to your advantage from cappuccino investment, the power of compounding to the pitfalls and how to avoid them. All students who have attended her sessions have been engrossed and taken away a new respect of how to use both time and money and how to make it work for them. Would thoroughly recommend this as compulsory for every young adult.

This was a fascinating topic. It has literally changed my views, both on what is money, how to get it to work for me, the psychology involved and even my A Level subjects!

coaching clients
“Linda is truly a talented and exceptional coach. She has the ability to hold healing space and zero in on exactly what you are needing to work through to get to the root issue of what is standing in the way of experiencing financial freedom and abundance. Her expertise in finance and deeply intuitive method of bringing gentle and healing attention to how I related to money as a result of limiting beliefs and social conditioning has been life changing. Since working with her I have experienced so much joy in my life. Not only has my relationship with money and finances changed, I now have real life practical skills that allow me to experience greater freedom. I cannot recommend her highly enough.”

“Linda is very sensitive, professional and hugely positive coach, she helped me to realize some deep unconscious patterns that were limiting my actions not only in terms of money, but also in terms of relationships with others. I want to say thank you for honest and perceptive vision and tools that you shared with me. It will help me to continue my growth and to feel more comfortable with myself and the world around me. I would definitely recommend Linda as a strong professional who cares for her clients and meets their personal needs.”

“I had the coaching session with Linda about my finance blockages. She is very intuitive and guided me to uncover the fears and the causes for my blockages to more abundance in my finance! It was so helpful that I could see that there are heavy emotions I need to process to unblock myself first! I’m very looking forward to another session with her!! Highly recommend it!”

“Linda has helped me immensely. She curates each session to be focused on the issues that have come up for me recently and adapts to what I need and can benefit from the most. I leave every session feeling energised and with clearer purpose. Recently Linda inspired me to challenge my “icky” feelings around asking for money. Encouraging me to overcome them and ask to be paid for something I had previously offered to do for free. This was hugely affirming (and successful!) and would not have been possible without her guidance and support as well as gentle challenging.
My “homework” each session keeps me focussed on my inner shadow(s) in various scenarios and how to pay attention to it in specific, as well as more general, situations. It has been a huge force for good in my life to be coached by Linda and I regularly recommend her to friends.”

At 45, I knew I needed to get serious about my future finances, but the thought of planning for retirement felt overwhelming. The Midlife Money Reset cut through the noise and gave me real steps that made me feel in control again. The advice wasn’t just generic but was tailored to my income and goals. Now, I have a clear path forward, and for the first time, I feel confident about what’s ahead. This program gave me the clarity and structure I needed to make my financial goals real.

Thank you, Linda. Your course has truly changed my perspective on finances. I now understand the value of my workplace pension and the benefits of tax-free contributions. My friends and family have noticed my new, positive attitude toward money, especially with the ‘blend spend’ approach and insights into the ‘cash illusion.’ While many think cash is outdated, I see its value clearly now. I feel much more confident about asking for a raise and am now actively saving for my first home, all thanks to your guidance.

I graduated with a lot of excitement…and just as many student loans. I wanted to make smart decisions with my money from day one, but honestly, I was lost. This course for those new to a workplace was a game-changer. It didn’t just explain budgets and debt. It showed me how to start building financial habits that’ll pay off in the long run. I finished each session feeling like I was learning the stuff no one taught in school. I’m already paying off my loans faster than I thought I could and even started a savings plan. This is the kind of practical advice every new grad should get. Thanks Linda – I’m chuffed.

After seeing one of Linda Davies’ posts, I realised my finances needed attention, and The Midlife Money Reset has been truly transformative. Linda makes complex topics easy to understand, and the transcripts and guides helped me put it all into action. I’ve created a clear budget, mapped my finances, set up savings accounts, and even built an emergency fund. For the first time, I’ve also researched my pension and now fully grasp its importance. I’ve always avoided financial topics, but I’m thrilled to say I’ve already saved far more than the cost of the course. Absolutely fantastic – highly recommended!
